Tease
Tease is a textbook example of what happens
when what is meant to be an uber-trendy, limited-edition launch unexpectedly becomes a national best seller.
Over time, no matter how beloved Tease was by superfans, it was was dated—the bottle,
the name, the concept. We kept the name
and the juice, but reimagined everything else.
The solve for Tease’s next chapter was
right under my nose.
Leveraging the winning gourmand olfactive category we’d pioneered with the launch, I evolved the
positioning to an olfactive- and ingredient-driven story centered on gourmands that “tease the senses,”
with names to match.
Tease relaunched in Fall of 2020 with great success
with a new look and feel…plus two additional flankers. It was a big success, pleasing existing fans, and attracting an entirely new customer as well.
After all, life is better when you smell delicious.

Tease is a collection of gourmand fragrances designed to tease the senses.
The scents are all built upon a warm, edible-feeling quality that comes from “delicious” ingredients: Black Vanilla, Glazed Berries, Whipped Meringue and
more. Moving away from the overtly sweet, the collection is redefining
traditional gourmand, or edible-feeling, fragrance.
Tease is about spontaneous adventures and beautiful daydreams and
lighting up the night. Because life is delicious, and it’s hers for the taking.
